Which of these would be most ideal as a very first starting point for a beginner programmer?

Either an adult or a child who's ready to move from Scratch or similar systems to writing textual code.

The first two are game libraries, with Ren'Py being more specific (it just does visual novels), but you can use the full power of Python in both.

Unless you post otherwise, I'm going to assume that Traditional/Other means "just jump straight into traditional programming with console I/O".
