Oopsie, looks like my server filled up overnight and now I need to do more clearning. :x

Looks like I'll want to do a more aggressive purge of old attachments. Maybe I should really upgrade to 4+ so I can use the `tootctl accounts prune` API.

Also I think this speaks to there being merit in caching more stuff client side and using content addressing + p2p instead of large central caches.
