I’ve been doing the NYT crossword every day lately using ARTSEYIO, a one-handed keyboard layout, and (obvious jokes aside) “one hand holding your phone while the other types” is a really interesting interaction pattern

@lazerwalker Wow! Are there out of the box keyboards with this setup that one could get somehwere? OR is this a "you need to flash custom firmware" situation?
@mauve There are keyboards designed specifically for this layout (e.g. https://keebd.com/en-us/products/paintbrush-keyboard-kit) but that's still in the lair of "sufficiently hobbyist that you need to be familiar with firmware flashing”
