they get used largely by white people to externalize their preservation of personal comfort, in our experience. we were once labeled as a consent violator for saying this.

@atax1a I love it when people CW US pol so I can get a break from the constant doom posting if I want. Setting up word filters for all the various actors and euphamisms is exhausting. I'd rather not have to block/mute people entirely
@mauve for various reasons elaborated on in the replies, we're only so sympathetic towards that argument.
@mauve and that, in turn, is also reasonable, because you didn't then turn around and put us on blast as being dangerous :)
