Having to say "Make no mistake" implies that the default mode is to "make mistakes".

@bjb @Miaourt Yeah sadly "hallucinations" are very common. :P And then it ends up wasting a bunch of time down it's rabbit hole. The bigger water guzzlers aren't as bad at it FWIW. It's just very inconsistent.
