Sould I get a new head mounted display I can bring with me walking + coding (better fov, perscription lenses), or should I get the Steam Frame VR headset for a bit more gaming and being stationary and less "walking and coding". Long form thoughts appreciated. #vr #ar #steamframe
Steam frame with the Arcturus camera? I haven’t hooked in a keyboard into the frame yet, but feels pretty doable… the battery is meh though.
I have prescription lenses in both my frame and Viture, and honestly, I would probably pick the frame over the Viture for computing
@tnsipla.plamo.club I'm planning to do the bulk of my compute on khadas edge 2 still and the frame would focus on window management. I'm just unsure that the passthrough would be enough for walking on the street which has been okay with my viture. plus the battery is kinda bad which I'm already having trouble with. I just got my perscription updated so that's why I'm thinking upgrades. i use a twiddler one handed keyboard for input and it's great on the go! Would recommend
