What sort of asshole actually goes on an "ai skills marketplace" and spends money there?
@roknrol I feel like even for those, it'd be as easy to find it for free on github as it would to find the marketplace in the first place. Maybe the LLMs themselves are easy to sucker into that?
@mauve People that don't think, believe that LLMs are magic. If only they can find the right incantation, all of their problems would be solved.

@mauve Oh oh I know. A person who blew a bunch of my time pretending to want a website then went to the AI option. A week later is back to me with help I used the guy and my site is shit. Umm what do you want me to do about it?
@Alison I've seen consultants double rates for fixing slop vs rebuilding from scratch.
@mauve I told her I'll be here when she is ready to get serious. There is no fixing that AI slop and make it look like a real person runs that business.
