Possibly a bit overkill for your needs, but I use Collabora online as part of a NextCloud instance.
Handles spreadsheets fine, allows collaboration, anonymous access through link (if you want it), and runs pretty well on a properly configured Pi 4B. Handles xls xlsx, and odt
