there is nothing i am less equipped to deal with than the fact that i get random scraps of paper thrown at me by the state and corporations via a system called "mail" and 99.99% of them are a waste of time but 0.001% require immediate attention/action. i simply dont have the facilities for that.

anyway i owe the state $300 because there were some tickets i didnt pay because they werent issued by the dept of transportation but by ez pass, sure, ok, whatever, take my money
