@mauve my son is trying to write a network layer for a a vr game that has a nice abstraction (github.com/Lakatrazz/BONELAB-F). If anyone I know that has VR and p2p experience it would be you...Can hyperswarm work in a unity, have some C# bindings? Any other recommendations?

@ryanramage Hmm, it's a bit tricky sadly. I haven't done much Unity cause I'm not a fan of their business practices lately, but I did some work with Godot and got a multiplayer 3d scene working with the help of @fleeky and others. github.com/HyperGodot/hypergod

The way it works is we compile the hyperswarm stuff into a binary and load it along side the game process. This is not updated for the latest versions of code yet tho :P

@mauve Thanks for the response! I will dig into this work and see where I get to...

@ryanramage @mauve the biggest current issue with it is that the url writing needs some updating to account for the hyper-gateway running hypercore 10 urls instead 9's style of url.

that said good luck and hope you find hypergodot useful on some level :)
