I didn't know the fediverse was into tea. I should have taken pics of my attempts to break apart a decade plus old cake of pu er a few days ago. It took over an hour but the tea is worth it.

I got this as part of a fancy tea gift set a while back. It came with an even older cake of pu'er in a super fancy box. I have no idea what it's called or even where to get one in this part of the world (I'm in Canada).
I dig into it, find a soft spot, wedge it apart and do my best to separate, not break the leaves.
