Cumin is such a good spice. I love mixing it with chili powder in absolutely eveything.

@Korcenton :O I'm actually just discovering how to integrate tumeric. So far I've found the flavor to be less intense but I'm wondering if I'm using too little of it. What do you usually put it on? I've just tried soups.
@mauve I'm no great cook but yeah! It is a more subtle flavor. I like it on rice, beans, and chicken. I always think of it like Cumin's sibling, they go together well. (Curry powder is a lot of turmeric and cumin!)
@mauve the bakery close to work has a rye bread with cumin seeds, it's so nice!
