Exploring new kinds of tofu. Focusing on shelf life

@mauve if you haven't tried it yet making tofu from scratch is surprisingly easy and fun!

@hazematman Interesting. How easy are we talking? Like less than an hour? 👀

@mauve if you can buy soy milk with no additives yeah, just boil it and add a coagulant. Then when it coagulates put the solids in a mold to set. It's kind of like making cheese. It does take like a day to set though.

If you want to make it from scratch from scratch it's more work since you have to soak soy beans, blend them, and repeat the above process with homemade soy milk.

@hazematman Hmm, I'll defs add this to my TODO. My main focus with tofu right now is more around shelf life and speed, but freshness and texture are also something I care about. 😁
