Revoking access and ignoring changes from removed members is one of the trickier bits of peer to peer software.

@mauve im prototyping something this year that has trust and block lists local to each participant that i can use to build a "trust closure" that transitively includes everyone trusted but no one blocked by anyone and these semantics are the ones im most worried about getting right
