Another step in degoogling: I ported my number out of Google Fi today. I ended up selecting US Mobile, as a friend has been satisfied with them for several years, and I used their international eSim on a recent trip and was also happy with the service.
Next up I guess I gotta do something about listening to music on my phone. I'm taking suggestions.
As part of my degoogling, I need an alternative to YT music, which I currently use on a Pro plan on my Android device and sometimes in a web browser.
I want access to a mainstream music catalogue, downloading to device, no ads, and spotify is not in the running because of The Reasons.
It doesn't have to also be a podcast service.
