handlebars should be part of HTML base spec
how handy would it be for writing DRY HTML if you could use partials? I'm salivating

CSS already has @import and JS has modules. tapping my wristwatch come on HTML tapping my foot also!!!

@deersyrup They really dropped the ball on the <template> tag. The over emphasis on the shadow dom made us miss out on getting something generally useful.
