@garbados I'm not a WW2 historian so I can't comment on Austria's relation but I can talk about the reactions I'm seeing from Canadians. In general even our conservative trump loving politicians are vocally opposed to any US invasion and there's been unity across the board with even the bloc quebecoise who are separatists. Canadians don't want to go down without a fight so the question is more how that fight would go in reality. The gov is alto taking the threats seriously 🤷

@makeworld it's also slow as hell in practice. 😅 And cannot work with WebTorrent due to the reliance on the DHT. FWIW Agregore suppprts it out of the box including publishing. I've been meaning to do some optimization but I doubt it'll be as fast as Hypercore for example

I get through life by throwing a bunch of hooks into the sea and hoping some of them will catch while I keep my boat from sinking. Many things can tug at once and it becomes a dance of keeping it from tearing me apart or crushing me in potential gains. Joy or sorrow, I keep scampering around and keeping my momentum up lest it all unravel in a bang.

That time of the year again when my mastodon storage volume gets saturated and I stop being able to post. Glad my cleanup script and mitigations get the job dons. I swear I thought I had a crontab to automate this though 😅
