Skreech. Gonna figure out why this random Android device's TCP stack is so janky.

The code you don't need to run, but also the data you don't need to send TBH

13. Instead of a LilyGo T-Deck I might have luck getting this "Smart watch" form factor that comes with LoRa built in to see if I can do some tinkering.

Being able to reproduce a bug is like 99% of the effort. Once I can reproduce a bug I usually have it fixed in no time.

A tool to anonymise those little yellow dots your colour laser printer is probably adding to every page it prints:

its been a while since we stole the rainbow.

i am proud to announce that today, we will begin work on stealing the infrared spectrum. but we wont stop there. we are also currently in the early stages of planning out how to steal the strategically critical radio and microwave spectrum too. our end goal is the complete gayification of the entire electromagnetic spectrum

Uhm, a new ChatGPT version just dropped and GeoGuesser is now a solved problem.

They're also enjoying learning Git (via github) by the look of it. Hopefully the version control stuff can bleed into their other projects.

My partner is not very techy but they're learning Markdown for a thing and seem to be having fun.

I think Margaret Atwood might be my favorite author right now? Greg Egan is a close second.

12. Alternately, a phone that has a built in projector and IR camera would be fancy :P If only I could run Linux on this thing.

NSFW tech ideas

buttplug.io should have a tool for controlling popular radio controlled vibrators. Imagine entering a scene and pushing the "max out everyones settings" button like one of those mass hacks in Cyberpunk 2077

"Maybe later" instead of "no" is one of the things that makes my blood boil about software companies. Spitting in the face of people's ability to consent should be outlawed and the C-suits responsible imprisoned.

I love deleting code that it turns out I didn't need to write in the first place 🥰

Tried out gemma3:4b with it's vision capabilities. It's way too stupid to generate large amounts of code but it's decent for small snippets to use as reference and the vision capability is decent at this size. Apparently it thinks I look youthful 🤪

Might set it as the default model for Agregore actually.

@coolandnormal My standard for consent is to pretend the thing I'm consenting to is being physically done by a person.

It'd be super weird if I bought a used car from some one and they asked me if they could follow me around.

It'd also be super weird for a stranger to ask to follow me around writing down the things I put into my cart at the grocery store.

If I called a taxi, it'd be super weird if the driver asked me if he could look through my phone contacts and copy them down.

Tried out the new runtime on Android. Sadly I'm running into issues getting their native modules to load. Apparently there was a fix a few weeks ago but maybe I'm still missing some sort of update in the stack. 🤷 Hopefully I can get it working and get into mobile before localfirstconf next month.

Lmao, made an example Agregore app cause I had some energy after work and it's giving me emotional responses to photos of my grimace minecraft card thing.
