Oh yeah! Today is the beginning of meeting roulette!
BC (where I am) has not changed it's time. Europe / UK has now fallen back as of yesterday. So +8 / +7 from BC.
And this coming weekend is North American time change. Where BC will be an hour ahead of PT.
My brain hurts already.
Ordered the XReal 1 Pro+ with prescription lenses and the XReal eye camera. I'm pretty excited to have a less janky mic/camera setup for my cyberdeck and the onboard spatial tracking with extra large virtual displays should be nice. We'll see if it gets here in time for my next trip. (probably not)

I very recently discovered that web browsers can now do composited blur with the "backdrop-filter: blur" CSS rule. Very cool! This solves a problem I had worked around for decades (using linear gradients) on my personal website's menu items.
However, this made me discover and report a rendering bug in GNOME Web (Epiphany) and other WebKitGTK-based browsers: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=328821
Firefox (Gecko), Chromium (Blink) and Safari (WebKit) don't seem to be affected.

Literally, just have a backup plan. Have an account on Fedi to mirror all posts elsewhere.
Why is anyone only posting these types of things to Threads, X, TikTok?
Don’t worry though, they’ll hit you with a laundry list of reasons why they must continue to do so.
Then also say Fedi is dead.
