What's cool is that since it supports #IPFS you can now author #p2p web apps on #Android using @agregore Mobile. It's a bit less featureful than desktop, but it gets the job done!

Using the app maker I made to make an app to view the code of the apps I made with the maker.

Seething 🥰 I wish the C# devs just stuck to C# instead of imposing their way of doing things onto JavaScript.

For real this lil thing I slapped together with @agregore has been saving me a bunch of searching while I code stuff. There's a lot of not great stuff coming from #ai tech, but local LLMs have been pretty convenient for small use cases.

Great news, I got an inscrutable error coming out of the millions of lines of code and build configurations 💀 #chromium is quite a beast.

I screwed up the JNI code somehow so at least I have a clue for where to look.

Attempt number 1 of auto-converting my markdown based website to #gemini

Currently only available via HTTPs and various #p2p protocols but eventually I'll add a proper gemini server to my main distributed press instance for it. 🤪 Might end up coding one since it's easier than searching through all the options for something that will fit my needs.

I'm kinda unreasonably excited about this.

Been using this tool a lot lately to generate small code snippets so I can skip looking up CSS animation syntax or how python does list comprehensions.

Working on some digital art. Flashy animations based on my sigils that can only be loaded in Agregore over #p2p protocols.

Say what you will about homestuck but I feel like life would be better if I slept in a pod full of green slime.

My new BT mouse came in. Gonna set it up with my Viture Neckband so I don't have to fiddle with the buttons on it when I'm walking around.

Main question is how I'll get keyboard input outside the on screen keyboard.

I kinda want to install custom firmware that would turn the middle button into a morse code device. Wish these companies published their source code!

I'm getting a lot of mileage out of the "strange and esoteric" filter.

Might just make it a permanent addition. Can't be too much slower than the average ad blocker free page load.

Fun example in the app I made for it. The message the LLM actually interpreted can be seen when you mouse over. I should find a name for a simulation of the experience of being misunderstood.

Captured the first (public) words of Hypha's bot Roo. He's been helping us track bookmarks and holidays but today marks the first day he can actually talk to us. Our next steps are going to involve wiring him into our information sources and teaching him new tricks.
