Pretty excited on the #ActivityPub work we're doing in https://distributed.press
Our project manager @mai had some good points after a meeting:
"Love that we decided to go with ActivityPub over Web Mentions as it allows us to meet communities where they already are."

Doing a lot of screen reader accessibility work on #Calckey. If there's a maintainer or regular contributor around, I'd love to talk to them! I'm not sure if poking their support channels was my best idea.

@shibacomputer 🥶 Unfortunate
@shibacomputer TBH I would be absolutely enraged in your position. 😅 Whack that an effectively brand new device would have such an issue.
Oh! Does it charge if you do a hard reboot and only enter the steam game mode?
@shibacomputer Jeeze. That's a rough spot to be in. Sadly I haven't got any experience in this realm. I wish you luck tinkering! 🙏 Hopefully it's something that can be delt with software side. I also found the steam forums / steamdeck reddit have been pretty good for finding other people debugging this stuff.
IMO any project using #RDF and #SemanticWeb should have a path to exposing their data as Triple Pattern Fragments so that it can be actually usable. Without it we get into a situation where everyone needs to duplicate everyone's data and increase resource usage. It also cements large centralized databases into power. Having a lightweight query layer is essential for having lightweight clients.

@shibacomputer Weeeeeeeird. That's super strange. This is on the stable release and everything? Might be something to ping valve support over. I think these things come with some flavor of warranty?
@shibacomputer So far I've just been charging with my dock and it's been stable. I don't use the USB port much outside of that. 🤔
Can you still connect other USB devices to it? (I guess you can't test that if it's out of battery though).
@shibacomputer RIP in peace. 💀
i just set up a new domain and it has https and it was free and easy and using standard debian packages (nginx, certbot), and cron
this used to be horrible and expensive. tysm
