Are there #llm powered cyberpweapons put there already? It'd be neat to see how they're structured.
@datatitian Yeah, I'm getting closer and closer to defaulting to reader mode every time I access a webpage
@happyborg we're all in this hell together even if we're on different rings 💜
@datatitian can't even readit due to a full screen ad that takes over after scrolling a bit :P
I don't think an alternative is impossible but it's disheartening to see the lack of efforts to find alternatives by "land developers".
Everywhere I look there's just islands of grey sameness infected with franchises owned by a few duopolies siphoning the life out of residents after destroying the life that was once thriving on the land.
So many developers have just resigned to thinking that Cloud costs are just the costs of building software. They say, we’ll deal with the bill when we get it. It’s not my VC money — it’s not my problem.
@ryanramage RII Mini i8+ I love it and only thing I'd change is having a physical scroll wheel since the trackpad scroll can be a bit janky.
@tychi Yup! Agregore's minimal UI and default small window size works for my use case of arranging a bunch of windows accross my monitor.
Seems the ps4 touchpad randomly stopped working after the latest SteamOS update :P Might need to just reboot tho.
Approaching a couple months of using a PS4 controller + a mini bluetoooth keyboard as my primary input devices and I gotta say, browsing graphically has been way nicer than keyboard+mouse.
Typing I'm still building the muscle memory for, but it's defs way faster than speech to text or an on screen keyboard. Though my right thumb seems to be taking the brunt of all the repetitive strain so I might need to switch keyboard layouts to make lefty do more work. Maybe also use the left stick for mouse

@johnefrancis Dang, sign me up for the quarter beef 😂 Post tornado BBQ?
@jonny They're like GOTO statements but with a lookup table but dressed in extra syntax to make it even harder to read. :P
Occult Enby that's making local-first software with peer to peer protocols, mesh networks, and the web.
Exploring what a local-first cyberspace might look like in my spare time.
