@Miaourt I wanna photosynthesize 🌱
> The Demo Gods didn't smile upon me today, but that's okay - we don't need their smiles.
Maaan I knew what's up. I still do demos that occasionally mess up and I doubt I'll stop.
Wealth for businesses doesn’t come from customers anymore; it comes from investors. That’s what extreme wealth inequality does. And risk-tolerant investors are all vibes. So basically a business owner’s ability to get rich depends entirely on just how much bullshit they can get a few billionaires to believe.
@light I definitely still live in one. :P Neon lights didn't take off but shitty dollar store LEDs do the trick.
@brandon Shit honestly I haven't played DOOM for at least 5 years. Might be a sign to give it a go
Just imagine me in the dark with RGB lighting and this playing from my face. Occasionally swearing because some node dependency is broken deep in the tree.

Having to fuck around with the terminal to get my DPI setting right every time also adds to the aesthetic.
Programming peer to peer software on my head mounted display and my weird game console looking computer feels #cyberpunk as heck. The woosh of the lens distortion locking into my vision as I put the glasses on is just like in the movies.
@light I'd describe it as less of a hate and more like the "urge to devour" from Beaststars :P
Like a mix of lust and hunger. But for a tomato.
@rose_alibi Yeah! The role of "seamstress" seems like it could be more valuable in a world where other things are more easily automated. I've been doing more repair to my fave garments lately and they're turning into a mass of patches :P
@rose_alibi Yeah I wonder if the tarrifs and hits to efficient global (exploitation) production will lead to a larger focus on mendable clothes for americans. It's hard to talk about consumerism sometimes because a lot of people are drowning in it without even seeing it IMO.
Occult Enby that's making local-first software with peer to peer protocols, mesh networks, and the web.
Exploring what a local-first cyberspace might look like in my spare time.
